摘要: 热泵精馏是节能型的化工分离工艺。文章基于C4热泵精馏的实际工业项目,比较了不同热泵压缩机(离心式压缩机、往复式压缩机及螺杆式压缩机)的机型特点及选型方案,分析了不同分子量的典型气体(丙烷、正丁烷及正戊烷)等熵压缩特性,指出混合C4在压缩过程中存在液化的风险,为热泵精馏的压缩机选型提供了参考要点。

Abstract: Heat pump distillation is an energy-saving chemical separation process. Based on the actual industrial project of C4 heat pump distillation, the characteristics and selection schemes of different heat pump compressors (centrifugal compressor, reciprocating compressor and screw compressor) are compared. The isentropic compression characteristics of typical gases with different molecular weights (propane, n-butane and n-pentane) are analyzed. It is pointed out that liquefaction risk exists in mixed C4 during compression process. These provide reference for the selection of compressors for heat pump distillation.
