重油催化装置循环油浆泵轴承故障的原因分析及治理

摘要: 针对重油催化装置循环油浆泵推力轴承多次出现跳车故障进行深刻剖析,通过采集轴承振动的在线监测数据,从加速度的频谱图和包络谱图入手,分析得出推力轴承滚动体磨损和保持架碎裂源于叶轮产生轴向力过大的结论。根据实际安装情况,定量计算出叶轮顶部所受轴向力。依据推力轴承故障的主要原因制定了科学的治理措施,确保循环油浆泵安全、可靠、长周期运行。

Abstract: This paper makes a deep analysis on the repeated tripping failures of the thrust bearing of the circulating oil slurry pump in heavy oil catalytic unit. Through collecting online monitoring data of bearing vibration and beginning with analysis on the acceleration spectrogram and envelope diagram, the paper arrives at the conclusion that the rolling element wear of the thrust bearing and the cage broken resulted from too much axial force produced by the impeller. According to the actual installation situation, the axial force on the top of the impeller is calculated quantitatively. Based on the main reasons for the thrust bearing failure, scientific treatment measures have been formulated to ensure the safe and reliable long-term operation of the circulating oil slurry pump.
