摘要: 流化反应器广泛应用于聚乙烯、聚丙烯的生产过程中。气体分布器的设计是流化床反应器放大设计的关键难题之一。文章以锥帽形多孔分布器为例,介绍了开孔率、压降、孔间距等分布器关键参数的设计方法,提出了锥帽形多孔分布器的设计步骤,并将其应用于实际工业生产规模下流化床反应器中分布器的设计。

Abstract: Fluidized reactors are widely used in the production of polyethylene and polypropylene. The design of gas distributor is one of the key issues in the scale-up of fluidized bed reactors. Taking the conical cap porous distributor as an example, this paper introduced the design method of such key parameters as the opening rate, pressure drop, hole spacing and so forth.It presented the design steps of conical cap porous distributor and applied these steps to the design of gas distributor in fluidized bed reactor in actual industrial production.
