摆动下液体分布器流体分布的数值模拟研究

Numerical Simulation Research on Fluid Distribution of Liquid Distributor under Sway

摘要: 利用计算流体力学方法(Computational Fluid Dynamic)对液体分布器内的流场进行数值模拟研究。主要研究水平状态及两个方向摆动状态下分布器出口处的流量分配及压降。研究结果表明:增加一定倾角的摆动后,分布器的流量分配变异系数从6.75%增加至21.24%,出口流量的不均匀性显著升高,且不同方向的摆动对流量的分配不均匀性的影响规律相同;适当提高分布器的进口高度或优化过孔速度均可以提高摆动状态下液体分布器液体分布的均匀度。研究结果可为摆动下的分布器结构优化提供数据支撑。

Abstract: In this paper, computational fluid dynamics is adopted to simulate the flow field in the liquid distributor. The mass flow distribution and pressure drop at the outlet of the distributor in the horizontal and sway states were studied. The results show that after adding the sway at a certain angle, the deviation of the flow distribution increases from 6.75% to 21.24%. The nonuniformity of the outlet flow is increased significantly. Besides, sway in different directions has the same influence on the uneven distribution of flow. Increasing the height of the distributor inlet properly or optimizing the flow rate under the sway state can improve the uniformity of the liquid distribution of the liquid distributor under sway. The research results can provide data support for the structure optimization of the distributor under sway.
