大型石墨列管换热器换热管装配技术及问题处理

Assembly Technology for Heat Exchange Tube in Large Graphite Tubular Heat Exchanger and Problem Solving

摘要: 石墨换热器分为块孔式换热器和列管式换热器。列管换热器的优点是若出现泄漏,能够很快查找到具体位置;缺点是管子强度和刚度都比较低,特别是φ32/φ22、长度>6 m的换热管,换热管与管板的组装过程难度比较大。文章通过对不透性石墨列管换热器换热管装配原理进行分析,并结合实际工作中遇到的石墨换热管与折流板装配问题及换热管与管板粘接问题的处理经验,对石墨换热管与管板装配问题的处理方法进行了探讨,总结了石墨换热管装配中产生问题的原因及排除方法。

Abstract: Graphite heat exchanger is classified into two types: block heat exchanger and tubular heat exchanger. The advantage of tubular heat exchanger is that if there is a leak, the specific location can be traced quickly, while the disadvantage is that the strength and rigidity of the tube are relatively low. The assembly of heat exchange tube and tube sheet is comparatively hard especially for heat exchange tubes longer than 6 meters with the size of φ32/φ22. This paper analyzed the assembly principles of the heat exchange tube of the impermeable graphite tube heat exchanger. Combining with the assembly problems of graphite heat exchange tube and baffle plate and the treatment experience of the adhesion problem of heat exchange tube and tube sheet encountered in actual work, the paper discussed the solution to the assembly problems of graphite heat exchange tube and tube sheet. Then it summarized the causes for the assembly problems of graphite heat exchange tube and the troubleshooting methods for the problems.
