摘要: 埋地罐通常需要在罐上部的人孔盖上开多个孔以满足工艺管口连接的需求,这对平盖开孔补强计算与布管设计提出了更高的要求。目前采用GB/T 150.3—2011进行平盖多个开孔的设计存在一定问题。文章在采用有限元计算方法的基础上,建立完整的螺栓连接平盖模型,对不同参数条件下结构的强度和密封性开展研究,并对开孔设计与接管的排布方案进行探讨,其结果可为相关设计提供参考。

Abstract: Buried tanks usually need multiple openings in the manhole cover on the top of the tanks in order to meet the needs of process pipe connection, which places higher requirements on the calculation of the opening reinforcement of the flat cover and the arrangement of nozzles. Currently, there are certain problems in the design of multiple openings for flat cover by adopting GB/T 150.3—2011. Based on the finite element method, this paper establishes a complete model of bolted connection flat cover, studies the strength and sealing of the structure under different parameters, and discusses the design of openings and the arrangement scheme of nozzles. The results can provide reference for the relevant design.
