摘要: 当量压力法作为一种评估外载荷作用下法兰连接系统承载能力的方法,计算简单,评估快捷,在石化行业应用较为广泛。但该方法对法兰承载能力的评估无法量化,工程人员往往只能简单地将当量设计压力与最大允许工作压力进行比对,导致评估结果比较保守。文章围绕当量压力法进行研究,结合工程设计实例,就其保守性展开讨论,并引入外载荷修正系数,使采用当量压力法评估法兰可靠性更加合理。

Abstract: As a method to evaluate the capacity of flange connection system under external load, equivalent pressure method has the advantages of simple calculation and fast evaluation. It is widely used in petrochemical industry. However, the assessment of flange loadbearing capacity by this method cannot be quantified. Engineers can only compare the equivalent design pressure with the maximum allowable working pressure, resulting in conservative assessment results. This paper focuses on the study of the equivalent pressure method and discusses its conservatism combining with an engineering design case. It also introduces the external load correction coefficient to make it more reasonable to evaluate the reliability of flanges when adopting equivalent pressure method.
