湿硫化氢环境20号钢高匹配焊接接头开裂分析

摘要: 针对石化装置中20号钢焊接选用高匹配J507焊条在湿硫化氢环境下出现应力腐蚀开裂失效案例,对选用不同匹配焊接材料焊接的20号钢焊接接头进行硫化氢介质中的应力腐蚀开裂敏感性试验,并从焊接接头的材料化学成分、强度、硬度、显微组织等方面对开裂原因进行研究分析,找出了20号钢选用高匹配J507焊材比等匹配J427(或J422)焊材焊接的接头更易发生湿硫化氢应力腐蚀开裂的原因。为避免上述问题的发生,提出了母材与焊接材料匹配的相关建议。

Abstract: Aiming at the failure case of stress corrosion cracking of steel No. 20 welded with over-matching J507 electrode under wet H2S condition in petrochemical plant, this paper carried out the sensitivity test of the cracking of steel No. 20 welded with different matching electrodes in hydrogen sulfide corrosion medium. And it studied and analyzed the cracking causes from such aspects as the chemical composition of weld material, the strength, hardness and microstructure and so forth. The paper identified the reasons why the joints welded with over-matching J507 welding electrode for steel No. 20 are more prone to SSCC than those welded with equal matching J427 (or J422) welding electrode. In order to avoid the above problems, the paper puts forward relevant suggestions on equal matching base metal and welding material.
