催化裂化装置汽轮机在线高速清洗

Online High-speed Cleaning of Steam Turbine in FCC Unit

摘要: 汽轮机是催化裂化装置机组中最易结垢的关键设备。某公司1.2 Mt/a催化裂化装置的汽轮机在运行中出现轮室压力上升、蒸汽耗量增加、调速汽门全开和转速下降的情况,判断为汽轮机流通部件结垢所致。在汽轮机组不停机、气压机火炬不需排放、装置低负荷正常生产的条件下,降低汽轮机入口蒸汽温度,实施汽轮机在线高速清洗。清洗后,汽轮机轮室压力由3.4 MPa下降至2.1 MPa,蒸汽耗量由46 t/h下降至40 t/h,调速汽门开度由100%下降至60%,说明在线清垢取得了良好效果。

Abstract: Steam turbine is the key equipment which is most prone to fouling in FCC unit. During the operation of the steam turbine in the 1.2 Mt/a FCC of CNOOC Huizhou Petrochemical Co., Ltd., the pressure of the wheel chamber rises; the steam consumption increases; the speed regulating valve fully opens and the rotation speed decreases, which are judged to be the result of fouling of the flow parts of the steam turbine. The steam temperature of the turbine inlet is reduced and online high-speed cleaning of the turbine is implemented under the condition that the turbine unit is not shut down, the gas compressor torch does not need to be discharged, and the unit is in normal production at low load. After the on-line cleaning, the turbine wheel chamber pressure dropped from 3.4 MPa to 2.1 MPa, steam consumption dropped from 46 t/h to 40 t/h, and the speed regulation valve opening fell from 100% to 60%, which indicates that the online scale cleaning has achieved good results.
