摘要: 为应对石化加工装置逐步向大型化、高参数、长周期方向发展对特种设备管理带来的日益严峻考验,在分析了当前使用单位特种设备安全管理现状的基础上,采用基于风险管理(RBM)的方法,提出了针对特种设备风险管理的具体解决思路和风险控制方法,建立了以风险评价、智能操作控制系统、风险预警体系、智慧管理系统平台等为基础的特种设备智能风险控制系统,对于设备使用单位提升特种设备风险管理具有积极的现实意义。

Abstract: To cope with the increasingly severe challenge of management of special equipment posed by petrochemical processing equipment gradually developing towards large-scale, high parameters and long-term direction, the current situation of safety management of special equipment in the user unit is analyzed. On the basis of the analysis, the method of risk-based management (RBM) is adopted and specific solutions and risk control methods for the risk management of special equipment are proposed; the intelligent risk control system of special equipment is established based on risk assessment, intelligent operation control system, risk early warning system and intelligent management system platform. This is of positive practical significance for the users to improve the risk management of special equipment.
