摘要: 针对机泵油标位置设计偏高、造成操作人员容易误判轴承箱内润滑油液位的问题,更换了一种虹吸式润滑油油位指示的油标,这种油标在油标与轴承箱接头处增设了虹吸管,能够真实地反映轴承箱内润滑油的高低液位。文章介绍了这种新型指示油标的整个研发过程。这种新型油标的应用从根本上解决了机泵因轴承箱内润滑油过多而发生甩油的问题,为机泵的平稳运行提供了保障。

Abstract: Aiming at the problem of high position design of the pump oil gauge, which may easily cause the operator to misjudge the lubricating oil level in the bearing box, a siphon lubricating oil level indicator is selected for replacement. A siphon is added at the joint between the oil gauge and the bearing box, which can truly reflect the liquid level of lubricating oil in the bearing box. This paper introduces the whole research and development process of the new oil level indicator. The application of such new oil level indicator fundamentally solves the problem of oil rejection caused by excessive lubricating oil in the bearing box of the pump, and this provides guarantee for the smooth operation of the pump.
