摘要: 我国LNG接收站用装备的设计和制造中存在的标准体系不健全的问题,影响了项目建设的高效实施,也是装置安稳长满优运行的隐患。针对上述问题,文章从我国标准化发展战略、LNG接收站规划、建设单位的集中度、自有技术和装备发展等方面分析得出,装备标准化条件已成熟,并从处理能力、技术标准、选型选材、性能指标和检验验收等方面提出了低温罐板、压缩机、卸船臂、罐内泵和气化器等主要装备的标准化方案。

Abstract: The unsound standard system exists in the design and manufacture of equipment for LNG receiving stations in China, which affects the efficient implementation of project construction and becomes the hidden trouble for stable and excellent operation of the equipment. Aiming at these problems, this paper analyzes the standardization development strategy, LNG receiving station planning, concentration of construction units, self-owned technology and equipment development. And it is concluded that the equipment standardization conditions are ripe. From the aspects of processing capacity, technical standard, material selection, performance index and inspection and acceptance, the paper puts forward the standardization scheme for cryogenic tank plate, compressor, unloading arm, in-tank pump and gasifier.
