摘要: 针对传统10 kV变压器在环境恶劣区域安全可靠性不高、继电保护配置不完善的问题,设计了变压器本体,高、低压断路器,监测与保护控制一体化的全密封油浸式变压器。应用ANSYS仿真软件对一体化智能变压器的电场和温度场进行了仿真分析,设计了智能变压器的散热系统、监测与保护控制系统和内部结构,研发制作了智能配电变压器样机,并通过出厂试验和现场运行验证了该产品的可行性。智能配电变压器具有集成度高、可靠性高、智能化程度高的优点,具有较好的应用前景。

Abstract: Aiming at the problems of poor safety and reliability and imperfect protection configuration of traditional 10 kV transformer in bad environment area, a transformer with fully oil-immersed sealing is designed with the integration of transformer body, high and low voltage circuit breaker, monitoring and protection control system in this paper. The electric and temperature field of the transformer is simulated and analyzed by ANSYS simulation software. The heat dissipation system, monitoring and protection control system and internal structure of the intelligent transformer are designed. The intelligent distribution transformer prototype is developed, and the feasibility of the product is verified by delivery test and field operation. The intelligent distribution transformer, with the advantages of high integration, high reliability and high intelligence, has a better application prospect.
