摘要: 主要介绍了设备吊耳设计中难以周全考虑的一些涉及吊装的典型工程问题,包括设备整体吊装时吊装估重、吊耳位置的设定及吊耳的结构形式等。同时借鉴了国内几个大型石化、炼化项目吊装一体化总承包管理模式的专业优势,从提高吊装效率与质量的角度探讨吊耳的设计与分工。

Abstract: This paper mainly introduces some typical engineering problems involved in lifting which are difficult to consider thoughtfully in the design of lifting lugs, including lifting weight estimation, setting of the location of lifting lugs and the structural form of lifting lugs when implementing integral lifting of the equipment. Meanwhile, the paper draws on the professional advantages of general contract management modes for integrated hoisting of several large domestic petrochemical and refining projects. It discusses the design and division of work for lifting lugs from the perspective of improving lifting efficiency and quality.
