石化装置分段塔器现场立式和卧式组对施工对比分析

摘要: 近年来,随着石化企业对石化工程工期的进一步压缩,施工单位为适应经营环境要求、谋求更好的发展,在保证质量、安全的前提下,要不断创新施工工艺,以提高施工效率,降低施工成本,增加企业市场竞争力。文章以某石化公司20×10 4 t/a异构化装置脱异戊烷塔现场组焊安装为例,从工艺流程、场地使用、手段用料投入及工作量、施工机具和劳动力投入及工期、安全和质量保证等施工组织和成本方面进行对比分析,以期探索能够适合工程特点的安全、经济、高效的施工工艺,为同类工程的施工提供借鉴。

Abstract: In recent years, as petrochemical enterprises have further shortened the construction period of petrochemical projects, construction units must continue to innovate construction processes under the premise of ensuring quality and safety to improve construction efficiency, reduce construction costs and increase market competitiveness of enterprisesin order to meet the requirements ofbusiness environment and seek better development. Taking a petrochemical company's onsite assembly welding and installation of isopentane tower in 200kt/a isomerization unit as an example, this paper makes a comparative analysis from the aspects of construction organization and cost covering process flow, site use, supporting material input and workload, construction machinery and labor input and construction period, safety and quality assurance and so forth. This is done to explore safe, economical, and efficient construction processes suitable for the characteristics of the project, which can provide reference for the construction of similar projects.
