摘要: LNG储罐是接收站的重要设备,随着运行时间的累积、操作状态的变化,储罐保冷效果会不同程度降低。文章介绍了红外热成像在线检测工作原理、设备选择、测试步骤、评估标准等。结合对LNG储罐表面红外线成像检测实例,对其保冷效果进行整体评估,确认保冷状态,为储罐安全平稳运行提供技术保障,同时对储罐保冷恢复作业提供科学的参考依据,也为其它接收站LNG储罐的建设和开展完整性管理提供较好的管理思路。

Abstract: LNG tank is important equipment in receiving station. With the accumulation of running time and the change of operating state, the cooling effect of LNG tank will be reduced to varying degrees. This paper introduces the working principles, equipment selection, testing steps and evaluation criteria of infrared thermal imaging on-line detection. Combining with the example of infrared imaging inspection of LNG tank surface, it makes an overall assessment on the cooling effect of the storage tank and confirms the cooling state, which provides technical guarantee for the safe and stable operation of storage tank. Meanwhile, the paper provides scientific reference basis for the cold storage recovery operation of storage tank. It also provides better management ideas for the construction and integrity management of LNG storage tanks at other receiving stations.
