合金825换热管胀接结构的模拟分析研究

摘要: 针对合金825换热管在热高分气蒸汽发生器应用过程中出现泄漏问题,对贴胀胀接结构进行有限元分析,给出了贴胀推荐胀接压力;考虑缝隙腐蚀因素,设计了开槽胀胀接结构,并通过模拟分析提出了合适的胀接压力及胀度要求,可为合金825换热管的胀接工艺提供参考。

Abstract: Aiming at the leakage problem of alloy 825 heat exchange tube in high heat gas steam generator during its application, this paper performed finite element analysis on the expansion structure of the adhesion expansion and then provided the recommended expansion pressure for adhesion expansion. Taking the seam corrosion factors into account, the expanded joint structure of slotted expansion was designed. And through simulation and analysis, the proper expansion pressure and the degree of expansion were presented. These can provide reference for the expansion process of alloy 825 heat exchange tube.
