摘要: 为保证蜡液罐内介质搅拌混合均匀,将机械搅拌改造为旋喷射流搅拌,以解决机械搅拌存在的问题,改善搅拌效果。文章介绍了机械搅拌和射流搅拌的原理及结构,并对二者进行了对比分析。结果显示,射流搅拌器能实现全方位全覆盖搅拌混合,具有较高的混合效率和良好的搅拌效果,与机械搅拌相比,避免了密封泄漏、减速机损坏、电机故障等问题,降低了安全环保风险和维修保养成本,实现了设备节能降耗,可有效保证润滑油装置连续平稳运行。通过实践应用,证明其能够满足使用要求。

Abstract: To ensure even mixing of the medium in wax solution tank, mechanical agitation was transformed into rotary jet mixing to solve the problems of mechanical agitation and improve the stirring effect. This paper introduces the principles and structures of mechanical agitation and jet mixing, and makes a comparative analysis of them. The results indicate that jet mixer can achieve all-round and full-coverage stirring and mixing with higher mixing efficiency and better mixing effect. Compared with mechanical agitation, jet mixing can avoid such problems as seal leakage, reducer damage and motor failure, reduce safety and environmental protection risks and maintenance costs and realize energy saving and consumption reduction of the equipment. This can ensure the continuous and smooth operation of lubricating oil device effectively. Through practical application, it is proved that jet mixing can meet the requirements for use.
