关于加氢站放空管不应设置阻火器的论证

摘要: 加氢站的氢气放空管道上是否应设置阻火器,在业内存在较大争议。文章从设置阻火器的必要性、国内外涉氢标准有关设置阻火器的规定、国内外加氢站实践经验等方面,对加氢站的氢气放空管道上是否应设置阻火器进行了论证。论证结果表明:为保证储氢容器和加氢系统的安全排放,氢气放空管道不应设置阻火器。

Abstract: There is a big dispute on whether flame arrester should be installed on the hydrogen vent pipeline of the hydrogen fueling station within the industry. This paper discusses the necessity of installing flame arresters on the hydrogen vent pipeline of the hydrogen fueling station, foreign and domestic hydrogen-related standards and the practical experience of hydrogenation fueling stations. The results show that flame arresters should not be installed on the hydrogen vent pipeline in order to ensure the safe relief of the hydrogen storage vessel and hydrogen refueling system.
