摘要: 针对石化企业设备管理特点,以视情维修的开放体系结构和工业互联网平台体系架构为基础,结合工业物联接入、智能故障诊断、大数据分析等技术,分边缘层、IaaS层、PaaS层和SaaS层设计了设备健康管理的系统架构和功能,并以工业套件和专家服务的形式为最终用户提供服务。该系统成果应用于多个大型石化企业,取得了很好的应用成效,降低了企业运营成本,促进了企业设备管理变革。

Abstract: According to the characteristics of equipment management in petrochemical enterprises, this paper designs the architecture and functions of prognostics and health management system with edge layer, IaaS layer, PaaS layer and SaaS layer, which is based on the Open System Architecture for Condition Based Maintenance (OSA-CBM) and the architecture of industrial Internet platform, combined with industry Internet of things, intelligent fault diagnosis, big data analysis and other technologies. The system provides services to end users in the form of industrial kits and expert services. The results of the system have been applied to many large petrochemical enterprises, achieved good application results, reduced enterprise operation costs and promoted the reform of enterprise equipment management.
