摘要: 浮筒式浮盘泄漏点多,介质的无序挥发不仅造成了巨大的经济损失,同时也带来了严重的安全隐患及环境污染问题。依据环境保护部办公厅印发的《石化行业VOCs污染源排查工作指南》及相关附件,用公式法对浮筒式浮盘边缘密封损失、浮盘附件损失、浮盘盘缝损失和挂壁损失进行了估算,提出浮筒式浮盘的改进措施。投用后的检测数据显示,措施有效。

Abstract: There are many leakage points and disorderly volatilization of the medium in pontoon floating ceiling, which not only causes huge economic losses, but also brings serious potential safety hazards and environmental pollution problems. According to the Guidelines for the investigation of VOCs Pollution Sources in Petrochemical Industry and the related attachments issued by the General Office of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, this paper estimates the edge sealing loss, floating ceiling accessory loss, floating ceiling joint loss and hanging wall loss by formula method. It puts forward the improvement measures for pontoon floating ceiling. According to the test data after putting into use, it is proved that the measures are effective.
