摘要: 催化剂作为影响化学反应的重要媒介,在全球各行各业广泛使用,其装填质量的好坏更是直接影响生产装置的技术经济指标和催化效果。近年来,固定床反应器广泛用于石油化学工业中的气固相反应和液固相反应过程,其催化剂装填质量直接影响着装置长周期平稳运行及催化剂的使用寿命。文章针对固定床反应器催化剂装填采用的人工装填、密相装填、机械装填、智能装填等方法进行总结梳理,分析不同方法的优势与弊端,并根据分析结果及当前趋势提出对催化剂装填设备进行改进以提升催化剂装填质量的对策与建议,为实现固定床催化剂智能化装填提供一定理论基础。

Abstract: As an important medium affecting chemical reaction, catalyst is widely used in all walks of life around the world. The loading quality of catalyst directly affects the technical and economic indicators and the catalytic effect of production units. In recent years, fixed bed reactor has been widely used in gas-solid reaction and liquid-solid reaction process in petrochemical industry. The loading quality of catalyst directly affects the long-term and stable operation and the service life of catalyst. This paper summarizes and combs the methods of manual loading, dense phase loading, mechanical loading and intelligent loading used in fixed bed reactor catalyst loading. It analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of different methods. Then according to the analysis results and the current trend, the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for improving catalyst loading equipment to improve catalyst loading quality so as to provide certain theoretical basis for realizing intelligent loading of fixed bed catalyst.
