摘要: 连续管管内残液的安全、高效吹扫,可在连续管作业结束后,有效降低车载滚筒载重,减少长途运输风险,同时,避免冬季作业管内残液冻堵带来的遇阻及憋压风险,为后续连续管作业井下复杂分析提供可靠保障。为实现有效吹扫和设备本质安全,基于柴动高压压缩机与储气罐的联动作业流程设计方案,研制了一种连续管残液吹扫装置。通过开展室内和现场试验,验证了装置的各级压力、转速、最高工作排量、额定储气压力、额定储气量、有效吹扫时间等性能参数,同时,实现了对装置性能和吹扫效率的分析评价。该装置的研制为连续管管内残液的安全、高效吹扫提供了切实可行的方法。

Abstract: Safe and efficient purging of residual fluid in coiled tubing can effectively reduce the load of the vehicle-borne roller after the completion of a coiled tubing operation and reduce the risks during long-distance transportation. Meanwhile, the risks of blocking and holding pressure caused by freezing of residual fluid in coiled tubing operation in winter can be avoided, which provides a reliable guarantee for the follow-up complex analysis of the coiled tubing in downhole operation. In order to realize the effective purging and the intrinsic safety of the equipment, a residual liquid purging device for coiled tubing was developed based on the design scheme of the linkage operation process between the diesel high pressure compressor and the gas storage tank. Through indoor and field tests, the performance parameters of the device, such as pressure at all levels, rotating speed, maximum working displacement, rated gas storage pressure, rated gas storage capacity and effective purging time, were verified and the performance and purging efficiency of the device were analyzed and evaluated. The development of the device provides a feasible method for the safe and efficient purging of the residual liquid in coiled tubing.
