摘要: 增材制造(3D打印)技术是一种集数字制造、智能制造和绿色制造于一体的革命性技术,十分契合石油化工领域的战略方针,在提升生产效率、提高制造精度、降低制造成本、提升装备质量等方面呈现出了巨大的潜力。文章阐述了国内外与增材制造相关的产业政策,指出增材制造技术已经成为各个国家提升制造业国际竞争力的重要战略手段;分析了增材制造技术特点,并重点针对石油化工领域进行了增材制造技术应用场景探讨,阐明了其在设计研发、装备修复、装备质量提升和装备减量化设计等方向的潜在优势以及在石油化工领域的发展前景。

Abstract: Additive manufacturing (3D printing) technology is a revolutionary technology integrating digital manufacturing, intelligent manufacturing and green manufacturing. It is very much in line with the strategic policy of the petrochemical field, and has shown great potential in improving production efficiency, improving manufacturing accuracy, reducing manufacturing costs and improving equipment quality. This paper expounds the industrial policies related to additive manufacturing at home and abroad and points out that additive manufacturing technology has become an important strategic means to enhance the international competitiveness of manufacturing industry in each country. The characteristics of additive manufacturing technology were analyzed, and the application scenarios of additive manufacturing technology were discussed especially in the field of petrochemical industry. The potential advantages of additive manufacturing technology in design and development, equipment repair, equipment quality improvement and equipment reduction design were expounded, as well as its development prospects in the field of petrochemical industry.
