摘要: 文章介绍了某催化剂生产装置搪瓷搅拌轴局部破损的问题,对问题产生的原因进行了分析,并结合装置实际生产情况,对搪瓷搅拌轴破损的修复方法进行了探索与实践,同时,对预防搪瓷设备破损以及破损后的合理修复提出了建议。上述研究成果成功解决了搪瓷搅拌轴局部破损影响装置正常生产的问题以及搪瓷搅拌设备在恶劣工况下的破损修复难题,为该类设备的修复提供了可靠的技术手段,在石油化工行业具有较高的推广价值。

Abstract: This paper introduces the problem of local damage of enamel stirring shaft in a catalyst production and analyzes the causes of the problem. Combined with the actual production situation of the device, the repair method of enamel stirring shaft damage is explored and put into practice. Meanwhile, some suggestions are put forward to prevent damage of enamel equipment and for reasonable repair after damage. The above research results have successfully solved the problem of local damage of enamel stirring shaft affecting the normal production of the device as well as the problem of repairing the damage of enamel stirring equipment under severe working conditions. This provides a reliable technical method for the repair of this kind of equipment and it is worth of popularization in petrochemical industry.
