新氢压缩机填料密封泄漏原因分析及改造

Cause Analysis and Revamp of Packing Seal Leakage in New Hydrogen Compressor

摘要: 填料密封是新氢压缩机的重要部件,其工作可靠性决定了压缩机的运转周期。文章依据某新氢压缩机三级填料密封连续3次发生泄漏失效的案例,从填料密封的结构、排列形式、解体检查结果等方面分析了填料密封泄漏的原因,提出了变更填料环材质、组合形式和增大注油量等改进措施。经过4个月的运行实践,结果表明,改造后的填料密封效果良好,使用寿命延长。该案例的成功改造为新氢压缩机填料密封的修复提供宝贵经验。

Abstract: The packing seal is an important part of the new hydrogen compressor, and its working reliability determines the operating cycle of the compressor. Based on the three consecutive leakage failures of the three-stage packing seal in the new hydrogen compressor, this paper analyzes the causes of the packing seal leakage from the structure, arrangement form and disintegration inspection results of the packing seal. It proposes such measures as changing the packing ring material, combination form, and increasing the oil injection amount for improvement. After 4 months of operation practice, the results indicate that the effect of the revamped packing sealing is good and the service life is extended. The successful revamp of this case provides valuable experience for the repair of packing seals in new hydrogen compressors.
