摘要: 立足我国炼化装备“十四五”自主创新成就,结合“十五五”产业转型升级与新质生产力培育要求,文章系统梳理炼化装备创新发展现状与趋势,通过芳烃、乙烯等典型工程案例,论述了强化炼化装备自主创新对产业转型升级的支撑作用;深入剖析核心技术与材料短板、产业链协同不足、创新支撑薄弱、标准体系不完善等突出问题;从核心技术攻关、协同生态构建、创新支撑强化、标准体系完善4个维度,提出具有战略性、可操作性的对策建议,为“十五五”炼化装备自主创新突破和赋能石化产业高质量发展提供理论与实践支撑。

Abstract: Building on China's achievements in independent innovation of petrochemical equipment during the 14th Five-Year Plan (2021-2025) period, this paper systematically analyzes the current status and trends of innovation and development in petrochemical equipment under the requirements for industrial transformation and upgrading and new quality productive forces cultivation during the 15th Five-Year Plan (2026-2030) period. Through typical engineering cases such as aromatics and ethylene projects, it discusses the supporting role of strengthening the independent innovation of petrochemical equipment in industrial transformation and upgrading. The paper conducts an in-depth analysis of prominent issues including deficiencies in core technologies and key materials, insufficient industrial chain collaboration, weak innovation support and inadequate standard systems. It puts forward strategic and operable countermeasures and suggestions from four dimensions: achieving breakthroughs in core technologies, fostering collaborative ecosystems, strengthening innovation support and improving standard systems. This provides both theoretical and practical foundations for achieving independent innovation breakthroughs in petrochemical equipment and empowering the high-quality development of the petrochemical industry during the 15th Five-Year Plan period.
