GB/T 151中浮头式换热器管板应力计算新途径

NEW APPROACH TO STRESS CALCULATION OF TUBE SHEET IN GB/T 151 FOR FLOATING HEAD HEAT EXCHANGER

摘要: 文章给出了依据GB/T151计算浮头换热器管板有效厚度对应的管板应力和换热管应力的两种途径,途径一:利用GB/T 151的C曲线图通过迭代法求解管板应力,并得到换热管应力;途径二:利用GB/T 151的fri曲线图以及mt曲线图直接求解管板应力,并得到换热管应力。在工程实践中,可以通过文章提出的途径按管板实际有效厚度计算管板和换热管的实际应力,以便于对管板厚度进行工程评价。

Abstract: This paper provides two approaches to calculate tube sheet stress and stress of heat exchange tube corresponding to the effective thickness of the tube sheet of floating head heat exchanger.The first approach is an iterative method for solving the tube sheet stress by using the C curve in GB/T 151 and then obtaining the stress of heat exchange tube;the second approach is to solve the tube sheet stress directly by using the fri curve and mt curve in GB/T 151 and then obtain the stress of heat exchange tube.In engineering practice,these two approaches can be used to calculate the actual stress of the tube sheet and heat exchange tube according to the actual effective thickness of the tube sheet so as to make engineering evaluation on the thickness of the tube sheet.
