单管程浮头式热交换器浮动端的设计与计算

摘要: 多年来,在石化装置中出现了多种型式的单管程浮头式热交换器,文章针对单管程浮头式热交换器所特有的浮头端出口管与外头盖的连接结构,归纳出工程中常见的3种结构型式。对于一种常用单管程浮头式热交换器浮动端采用外置垫片法兰和夹持环形板结构,通过分析外置垫片法兰和夹持环形板的相互作用关系,进一步详尽地对二元件进行了力学分析,给出了二元件的设计公式,从而实现了单管程浮头式热交换器更为准确地工程设计计算。

Abstract: Many types of single-tube pass floating head heat exchanger have been applied in petrochemical units for many years.According to the connecting structure between the tube channel outlet pipe at the floating head and rear shell cover,this article sums up the three structure types in engineering.For the commonly used type of the annular clamping plate and the flange with external gasket connecting structure,the article gives the detailed mechanical analysis based on the interaction between the annular clamping plate and the flange with external gasket and design formulas so as to realize the more accurate engineering design and calculation.
