摘要: 针对聚丙烯装置挤压造粒单元固体添加剂系统运行中出现的添加剂流量不稳定等现象,通过对该系统工艺控制过程和添加剂特性的分析和验证,查找出问题的原因,并提出了相应的改进措施,有效地消除了固体添加剂系统运行不稳定因素,解决了添加剂流量波动幅度大对产品质量的干扰,同时也保证了系统的长期稳定运行。

Abstract: Aiming at the flow instability of additives in the operation of solid additive system of extruding and pelletizing unit in polypropylene plant,this paper found out the causes for the problem through analysis and verification of the process control and the additive characteristics of the system.Then it put forward corresponding improvement measures which eliminated the unstable factors of the solid additive system effectively and solved the interference of large amplitude of additive flow fluctuation to the product quality.Meanwhile,these also ensured the longterm stable operation of the system.
