摘要: 通过对渣油加氢装置反应进料泵轴位移偏大甚至超过推力轴承总间隙的问题进行检查、分析,认为与泵流量偏低是有关联的。其原因是,内部零部件的磨损造成内回流加大,既引起泵流量下降,又引起段间压力上升,破坏了轴向力的平衡,使得推力轴承承受了很大的轴向力,导致轴位移偏大。

Abstract: Aiming at the problem of the axial displacement of the reaction feed pump in the residue hydrogenation unit which was larger than normal or even exceeded the total clearance of the thrust bearing, it was considered after check and analysis that this problem was related to low pump flow rate. The reason is the wear and tear of the internal parts, resulting in the increase of internal reflux, which led to the decrease of pump flow as well as the rise of inter-segment pressure. This destroyed the balance of the axial force, causing the thrust bearing to bear very large axial force, which resulted in large axial displacement.
