烟气轮机入口法兰变形与裂纹原因分析

CAUSE ANALYSIS ON THE INLET FLANGE DEFORMATION AND CRACK OF FLUE GAS TURBINE

摘要: 某石化公司催化裂化装置烟气轮机(简称烟机)入口锥形短节的2对对焊法兰接头区域,近些年来频繁出现裂纹,存在着焊缝断裂的安全隐患;短节内侧法兰严重变形,法兰间隙从8mm减小到1.5mm,无法进行今后的开机热紧工作,存在着法兰处泄漏烟气的风险,二者均影响烟机的安全平稳运行。文章从管道布置、金属材质、焊接工艺和操作工况等方面分析了焊缝裂纹和法兰变形的原因,发现焊口区域容易发生高温蠕变、晶间开裂,焊缝韧性、延展性变差,预紧力过大均是产生失效的原因,并根据原因分析提出了相应的改进建议。

Abstract: Cracks occur frequently around the two pairs of welding neck flange at the short inlet cone section of the FCC flue gas turbine in certain petrochemical company in recent years.So there're hidden dangers of weld fracture.There's serious flange deformation inside the short section.The flange clearance is decreased from 8mm to 1.5mm and it's impossible to carry out the start-up and thermal fastening.There is risk of flue gas leakage around the flange.These may affect the safe and stable operation of the flue gas turbine.This paper analyzes the weld cracking and flange deformation from such aspects as pipeline layout,metal material,welding process and operating conditions.It is discovered that high temperature creep,intergranular cracking,deteriorating weld toughness and ductility and too large preload occur easily around the weld junction.These are the causesfor the failure.The paper then puts forward corresponding suggestions for improvement in the light of the cause analysis.
