螺杆式压缩机阳转子断裂原因分析

ANALYSIS ON THE FRACTURE CAUSES OF THE MALE ROTOR ON THE SCREW COMPRESSOR

摘要: 某炼油厂油品装置螺杆式压缩机的阳转子在盘车过程中发生了断裂。文章对断裂的阳转子进行了宏观检验、化学成分分析、金相检验、硬度检验、运行工况分析。结果表明:阳转子的热处理状态不符合设计要求。由于磨损,阳转子在断裂前曾进行了表面激光熔覆,在激光熔覆层上出现了裂纹,运行期间裂纹发生扩展,导致了阳转子出现疲劳断裂。针对断裂的原因,提出了相应的改进建议。

Abstract: The male rotor fracture occurred during the starting process of screw compressor in the oil product unit of certain refinery.This paper makes an analysis on the macroscopic examination,chemical composition,metallographic examination,hardness testing and operating conditions of the fractured male rotor.The results show that the heat treatment of the male rotor didn't meet the design requirements.Because of abrasion,Laser cladding was carried out on the surface before the fracture of the male rotor and cracking appeared on the Laser cladding layers.During operation,the cracking expanded and led to fatigue fracture of the male rotor.According to the fracture causes,the paper puts forward the corresponding suggestions for improvement.
