汽包椭圆形人孔自紧密封设计分析

摘要: 汽包椭圆形内开自紧式人孔是常见的自紧密封结构,现有的标准及参考文献都未详细说明该种结构的密封设计,缺少垫片合理选型的指导方法,且在工程实际应用中经常出现密封泄漏与密封失效等问题。为了从设计计算上保证这种密封的可靠性,提出了垫片可靠系数的概念。通过结构分析和应用实例的总结,提出了汽包椭圆形内开自紧式人孔密封设计的四步计算方法,其中包括垫片有效密封宽度的计算修正公式与密封性能的判定公式。

Abstract: Elliptical self-tight seal manhole with inside opening on steam drum is a common self-tight seal structure. However, there's no detailed description of the seal design of this structure in the existing standards and references, and there's a lack of instruction methods for reasonable gasket selection, and the problems of seal leakage and seal failure often occur in the practical application of engineering. In order to ensure the reliability of such seal from design calculations, the concept of gasket reliability factor was presented. According to structure analysis and summary of the application examples, this paper proposed four-step calculation method for the design of elliptical self-tight seal manhole with inside opening on steam drum including the formula to calculate and correct gasket effective sealing width and the formula to calculate the sealing performance.
