摘要: 某石化自备电厂410 t/h循环流化床锅炉(简称CFB锅炉)汽包运行7年后检验发现纵向裂纹,通过研究裂纹附近的硬度和运行工况,深入分析了裂纹产生的原因,并提出焊缝裂纹的修复方法,可为同类汽包缺陷的及时修复、妥善处理提供参考。

Abstract: Longitudinal cracks were found in the drum of 410 t/h circulating fluidized bed boiler (CFB boiler) in a petrochemical self-owned power plant after 7 years of operation. Through studying the hardness and operation conditions near the cracks, the causes of cracks were analyzed in depth and the repair methods of welding cracks were put forward, which could provide reference for the timely repair and proper treatment of similar drum defects.
