全接液内浮盘与弹力片补偿密封在成品油储罐上的应用

摘要: 文章结合生产实际,对所属成品油常压储罐内浮盘存在的不足进行了分析。从技术、经济性等方面对不同形式成品油储罐内浮盘进行了对比,提出了将铝浮筒盘+囊式密封更换为全接液浮箱盘+弹力片补偿密封的升级方案。新方案实施后,消除了所属成品油常压储罐内浮盘及密封方面的缺陷,减少了储罐油气泄漏,解决了储罐VOCs超标问题,减少了停罐检修的次数,使储罐的安全性得到了提升,挽回了经济损失,达到了预期的效果,也验证了内浮顶常压储罐全接液浮箱盘+弹力片补偿密封升级技术路线的有效性。

Abstract: Combining with the actual production, this paper analyzed the imperfections of the inner roof deck used in the atmospheric product oil tanks which belong to the company. It made comparison between different types of inner roof decks from technical and economic aspects. Then it proposed the upgrading scheme of replacing aluminum roof deck+gas capsule sealing with roof deck being in full contact with the liquid surface+elastic compensation seal. With the implementation of the new scheme, the previous defects in roof deck and sealing used in the product oil tanks were effectively eliminated. In addition, the oil and gas leakage was reduced and the problem of excessive VOCs emission from the tanks was solved. Tank shutdown and maintenance frequency decreased and the safety of oil tanks has been improved. As a result, economic loss was retrieved and the expected effects were achieved. Thus, the study has verified the effectiveness of the upgrading scheme of roof deck being in full contact with the liquid surface+elastic compensation seal for atmospheric internal floating roof tanks.
