摘要: 合成气压缩机组蒸汽透平大修后开车,出现了1倍频振幅波动的现象。通过分析和排查,最终确认蒸汽透平排气侧碳刷在蒸汽透平检修过程中损坏是造成蒸汽透平1倍频振幅波动的根本原因。针对导致波动的原因,采取合理措施,成功解决了蒸汽透平1倍频振幅波动问题。该案例可为出现类似问题的合成气压缩机组蒸汽透平的检修提供参考和借鉴。

Abstract: The phenomenon of amplitude fluctuation at 1X frequency appeared after overhaul of the syngas compressor turbine. Through analyzing and troubleshooting the causes, it was finally confirmed that the damage of a carbon brush on the exhaust side of the turbine during overhaul was the root cause of the problem of amplitude fluctuation at 1X frequency. Aiming at the causes of the fluctuation, reasonable measures were taken to successfully solve the problem of amplitude fluctuation at 1X frequency of the steam turbine. This case can provide reference for the overhaul of the steam turbine of syngas compressor units with similar problem.
