摘要: 对某石化厂循环水泵运行过程中轴承温度高的现象进行原因分析,逐一排查可能引起故障的各因素,确定故障要因为循环水泵运行过程中热不平衡。在运行工况及泵结构不改变的前提下,采取对轴承箱进行改进的处理措施,彻底消除了循环水泵运行故障,保证了装置安稳长满优运行。

Abstract: This paper analyzes the reasons for the high bearing temperature during the operation of the circulating pump in a petrochemical plant. It investigates the factors that may cause the fault one by one and determined that the fault was due to the thermal imbalance during the operation of the circulating pump. Under the premise of unchanged operating conditions and pump structure, the bearing box was improved to completely eliminate the operation fault of the circulating pump and ensure the stability and the optimal operation of the device.
