摘要: 针对螺杆压缩机频繁出现振动大的故障进行原因分析,得出齿轮损坏、转子弯曲及动不平衡是引起机组振动大的要因的结论,并采取更换新齿轮,对转子弯曲部位进行堆焊、车削以及去重法消除动不平衡等方法彻底消除了故障现象。这一案例也为同类型设备故障的处理提供了参考依据。

Abstract: Based on the analysis of the frequent large vibration failures of screw compressors, it is concluded that gear damage, rotor bending and dynamic imbalance are the main causes for the large vibration of the unit. Such methods as replacing the old gears with new ones, surfacing welding and turning of rotor bending parts and weight-removing to remove dynamic imbalance are adopted to eliminate the failure completely. This case also provides reference for the failure treatment of the same type of equipment.
