凝析油稳定塔盐堵的原因分析及处理措施

摘要: 凝析油稳定塔作为凝析油稳定单元的重要设备,主要作用是依靠板式塔脱除凝析油中的轻组分,降低凝析油蒸汽压,以达到使凝析油稳定的目的。在凝析油稳定塔运行过程中,出现了塔板及塔底重沸器管束结盐的现象,降低了稳定塔的塔板通量及重沸器换热效果,造成该塔易发生液泛、塔底温度难以维持。通过对稳定塔结盐原因进行详细分析,找到对应的处理措施,解决了稳定塔发生盐堵的问题。

Abstract: As important equipment of condensate stabilization unit, condensate stabilization tower is mainly used to remove the light components of condensate by plate tower and reduce the vapor pressure of condensate so as to achieve the goal of condensate stabilization. During the operation process of the condensate stabilization tower, salt deposition appeared in the tower plate and tube bundle of the reboiler at the bottom of the tower. This reduced the plate flux and heat transfer effect of the reboiler in the stabilization tower, resulting in liquid flooding in the stabilization tower and difficulty in maintaining the bottom temperature of the tower. This paper analyzes the causes of salt deposition in the stabilization tower in detail, and finds out the corresponding treatment measures to solve the problem of salt blockage in the stabilization tower.
