摘要: 文章针对大直径螺栓连接平盖质量大、成本高的问题,提出采用带法兰球冠形封头结构替代方案。以DN1900搅拌釜平盖为研究对象,采用有限元数值计算方法分别研究了设计变量对螺栓连接平盖和带法兰球冠形封头两种简化模型的当量应力最大值Seq、中心位移Δy1以及密封面位移Δy2的影响规律。结果表明,带法兰球冠形封头综合力学性能优于螺栓连接平盖。将该研究结论应用于搅拌釜的多开孔平盖的设计,优化后封头质量减小了55%,说明在同时保证结构强度与刚度的前提下,带法兰球冠形封头比螺栓连接平盖更具经济性优势,具有较大推广应用价值。

Abstract: To tackle the problems of heavy weight and high cost associated with large-diameter bolted flat head, this paper proposed the spherically dished cover with a bolting flange as an alternative structure. Taking the flat head of a DN1900 stirred reactor in a certain project as the research object, the finite element numerical calculation method was employed to investigate the influence patterns of design variables on the peak equivalent stress (Seq), central displacement (Δy1) and sealing surface displacement (Δy2) in both the simplified bolted flat head and the simplified spherically dished cover with a bolting flange. The results indicated that the comprehensive mechanical properties of the spherically dished cover with a bolting flange were superior to those of the bolted flat head. Applying the findings of this research to the design of multi-opening flat head for stirred reactors, the mass of the optimized head is reduced by 55%. This demonstrates that the spherically dished cover with a bolting flange offers greater economic advantages over the bolted flat head while ensuring structural strength and stiffness and holds significant potential for widespread adoption.
