摘要: 文章针对催化剂生产过程中搪瓷搅拌釜内壁粘附物料清洗难题进行了研究,深入分析了残留物料对生产效率及产品质量的负面影响。结合实际生产需求,提出了一种优化的清洗方法,并设计了一套自清洗装置。该研究成果成功解决了搪瓷搅拌釜釜壁粘料清洗困难的难题,可以广泛应用于固液两相反应釜,在石油化工行业具有较高的推广价值。

Abstract: This paper addresses the cleaning challenges of sticky material on the inner walls of enamel stirred reactors during catalyst production. It provides an in-depth analysis of the negative impacts of material residue on production efficiency and product quality. Based on practical production requirements, an optimized cleaning method was proposed and a self-cleaning system was designed. The research outcome has successfully resolved the challenge of clea-ning sticky material on the walls in enamel stirred reactors. This solution offers broad applicability to solid-liquid two-phase reactors and demonstrates high promotion value in the petrochemical industry.
