摘要: 文章对常减压装置机泵叶轮切削后的运行参数进行了分析,并根据现场条件,在重新配置电机时选定了需要变频改造的机泵。通过6 300/690 V变压器就地增容以及利用现有配电间的预留空间,确定变频改造方案实施的可行性。同时对该项目的投资收益和存在的问题进行了分析,并对690 V电机变频调速的应用前景提出了建议。

Abstract: This paper analyzes the operating parameters of pumps in atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit after impeller cutting. According to the site conditions, the pump that needs frequency conversion modification is selected when the motors are reconfigured. Through increasing the capacity of 6300/690V transformer on the spot and making use of the reserved space for distributing rooms, the feasibility of frequency conversion modification is confirmed. Meanwhile, the paper analyzes the investment income and existing problems of the project and puts forward suggestions for the application prospects of speed regulation by 6 frequency conversion to 690 V motors.
