摘要: 为满足新环保法规的要求,对所有排放不达标的加热炉进行低氮燃烧器的改造。针对连续运行装置短期内无法停工的加热炉,研究了一种在线不停炉低氮燃烧器的改造方法,即在原有火盆及耐火砖无法更换的情况下,将老式圆形空气分级式燃烧器改造为燃料分级式燃烧器的方法,达到低污排放目的。

Abstract: In order to meet the requirements of new environmental protection laws and regulations, revamp of low nitrogen burners is carried out for all the heating furnaces that fail to meet the discharge standards. Aiming at the heating furnaces that operate continuously and can’t be shut down in a short period of time, a revamp method of online non-stop furnace low nitrogen burner is studied. In the case that the original brazier and refractory brick can't be changed, the old round air staging burner is transformed into fuel staged burner to reach the goal of low pollution emissions.
