摘要: 文章对乙烯装置裂解炉整体模块化制造、运输、整体安装就位的全过程进行分析总结,并与现场安装进行全要素的对比,结果表明,乙烯装置裂解炉整体模块化建造不仅技术方案上是可行的,而且具有缩短施工周期、节约建造成本、降低施工安全风险、有效控制环境污染等优势,施工方法还可根据各制造厂生产能力进一步优化。裂解炉整体模块化建造是一种新的可供选择的施工模式。

关键词: 裂解炉, 辐射段, 对流段, 整体模块化

Abstract: This paper analyzes and summarizes the whole process of complete modularized construction, transportation and installation of ethylene cracking furnace. It makes full elements comparison with on-site installation. The results indicate that complete modularized construction of ethylene plant cracking furnace is not only feasible in technical solution, but also has the advantages of shortening construction period, saving construction cost, reducing construction safety risks and controlling environmental pollution effectively. The construction method can be further optimized according to the capacity of each manufacturing plant. The complete modularized construction of cracking furnace is a new alternative construction mode.
