S Zorb装置金属粉末滤芯再生技术

Regeneration Technology of Metal Powder Filter Element in S Zorb Unit

摘要: 针对S Zorb装置金属粉末滤芯再生问题,研究了一种滤芯再生技术,并在装置关键过滤器ME101上取得良好应用效果。该技术通过物理再生和化学再生等处理措施,去除滤材内部孔隙里的颗粒物,恢复滤材的过滤性能。反应器过滤器ME101滤芯经再生后,实验室工况下气体流通量测试结果表明,其流通性能得到明显改善,流通量超过新滤芯的90%,滤芯运行1 a的效果与新滤芯相近。该技术投入工业应用取得显著经济效益。

Abstract: Aiming at the regeneration problem of metal powder filter in S Zorb unit, a filter regeneration technology was developed and it has achieved good application effect on the key filter ME101 in S Zorb unit. This technology removes the particulates in the pores of the filter material and restores its filtration performance through physical and chemical regeneration. The filter performance is improved significantly after the filter element of ME101 is regenerated. The test results of gas flux under laboratory conditions show that the circulation performance of the filter element is ameliorated obviously; the flux of the filter element exceeds 90% of the new one; and the effect of the filter element after running for 12 months is similar to the new one after regeneration. These all lead to notable economic benefits in industrial application.
