S Zorb装置加热炉部分设计优化及改进

摘要: 随着我国经济的高速发展以及工业化进程的不断加速,环境污染问题日益突显,大力发展绿色能源产业成为势在必行的趋势,为此,中石化引进了S Zorb工艺技术,并在购买其专利权后,着手对S Zorb工艺技术进行进一步完善和提升。文章总结多套S Zorb装置加热炉的设计经验,发现通过增加余热回收系统、更换预热器形式以及改造部分炉管管径等可以提高加热炉热效率,减少企业运营成本。另外通过处理现场问题、分析问题产生原因,进一步完善S Zorb装置的设计。

Abstract: With the rapid development of economy and industrialization, environmental pollution has become an increasingly serious problem. So it is an imperative trend to develop green energy industry. For this end, SINOPEC has brought in S Zorb technology and improved the technology after having purchased the patent right. This paper summarizes the design experience of several heating furnace in S Zorb unit. It is found that the thermal efficiency of the heating furnace can be improved and the operating cost of enterprises can be reduced by adding waste heat recovery system, replacing the preheater form, and modifying some of the furnace tube diameters. In addition, the design of S Zorb unit can be further improved by dealing with on-site problems and analyzing the causes of the problems.
