摘要: 加热炉的节能分析对于确保石油化工企业节能降耗和安全运转具有重要的意义。文章采用CFX软件对GW5000型加热炉内的三维流场进行数值模拟。计算采用k-ε湍流模型、概率密度函数扩散燃烧模型和蒙特卡洛辐射换热模型,对炉内的流场、速度场、温度场、组分浓度场、炉管表面热流密度分布等参数进行详细分析;同时对于管墙距优化、燃烧器在线除焦、清灰除垢、燃料油替代、增设空气预热器等节能措施进行分析,为改进加热炉的节能降耗研究提供了技术参考。

Abstract: Energy saving analysis of heaters is of great importance for petrochemical enterprises to ensure energy saving and safe operation. CFX software is adopted to carry out the numerical simulation of the three-dimensional flow field of GW5000 heaters. The k-ε turbulence model, PDF (probability density function) combustion model and Monte Carlo radiation model are applied in these calculations. The parameters of flow field, velocity field, temperature field, composition concentration field and heat flux density distribution on the tube surface are analyzed in detail. Meanwhile, tube wall distance optimization, burner online decoking, ash removal, fuel oil replacement, adding air preheater and other energy saving measures are also analyzed. These provide technical reference for researches on energy saving of heaters.
