Study on the Impact of Valve Throttling on Suction Valve Power Consumption in Reciprocating Compressor and Simulation

摘要: 阐述了往复压缩机吸气阀节流作用对吸气量的影响机理,得出吸气温度系数的简便计算方法,并使用SolidWorks中Flow Simulation模块仿真模拟了气阀节流作用过程,验证了温度系数简便计算式的准确性。通过分析发现:在压缩机特征参数确定的情况下,温度系数与压缩机气阀功耗有关。该发现为压缩机设计时气量的修正提供了依据,并提出了提升压缩机气量和保证压缩机长周期在较高的吸气效率范围内工作的措施。文章同时指出,在工质含杂质较多的场合,应优先使用抗阻塞性能良好的气阀。

Abstract: This paper expounds the impact mechanism of the throttling effect of suction valve in reciprocating compressor on the suction valve power consumption and obtains the simple calculation method of the temperature coefficient in reciprocating compressor suction. The valve throttling is simulated by using flow simulation module in SolidWorks and the accuracy of simple calculation method of the temperature coefficient is verified. It is found through analysis that the temperature coefficient is related to the power loss in compressor valve only when the characteristic parameters of the compressor are determined. This founding provides a basis for the correction of suction flowrate when compressor is designed. The paper also puts forward some measures to improve compressor suction flowrate and ensures that the compressor works steadily in high suction efficiency for a long period. Meanwhile, this paper points out that when the working fluid contains more impurities, good anti-blocking valve should be preferentially used.
