2D80往复压缩机曲轴轴中心偏移分析与处理

Analysis and Treatment of Crank Shaft Central Deviation of 2D80 Reciprocating Compressor

摘要: 阐述了柴油加氢装置补充氢往复压缩机运行了16 000 h后进行大修。在回装过程中,发现紧固压缩机与电机联轴器的螺栓后,曲轴轴中心位置向不同方向发生了偏移。利用百分表检测出轴心的偏移方向和偏移量,通过分析和排查,找出隔环变形和平面度过大是造成轴心偏移的主要原因。文章针对隔环出现的问题,提出了采用机加工方法进行磨削的处理措施。安装上经过磨削加工的隔环后,曲轴轴心不再发生偏移,且达到了安装技术要求,为压缩机的安全开车提供了保障。

Abstract: This paper expounds the overhaul of the diesel hydrogenation unit and reciprocating compressor for supplemented hydrogen after 16,000 hours of operation. During the reassembly process, it is found that the center position of the crankshaft shifts in different directions after tightening the bolts between the compressor and the motor coupling. The dial indicator is used to detect the offset direction and offset of the crankshaft center. Through analysis and troubleshooting, it is found that the deformation of the spacer ring and excessive flatness are the main causes for the offset of the crank shaft center. Aiming at the problem of the spacer ring, the treatment measure of adopting machining method for grinding is proposed. After installing the processed spacer ring, the crank shaft center no longer offsets and the installation technical requirements are met. This provides guarantee for the safe startup of the compressor.
